Ignorance is the direct, and very likely only cause of doubt.
And doubt, on its own, is often the cause of doom mongering, but there is no doom mongering without doubt.
Doom mongering will, eventually, cause mental pain, sorrow, fear and grief.
In short the cause of mental pain, sorrow, fear and grief, are all caused by ignorance.
But ignoring causes Ignorance, its the the entire meaning of the word, and a deserved one aswell.
Yet, One chooses for oneself to ignore.
Therefore, One chooses to eventually wound up with mental pain, sorrow, fear and grief. It is a choice.
Then why don't we choose not to ignore?
Because fear, mental pain, sorrow and grief, cause us to ignore, that which could posibly hurt us....
